New Exhibit

Wells Fargo and the Asian Pacific Community: a valued relationship.

On display through 2017, this exhibit explores Wells Fargo’s history serving the Asian Pacific community in Oregon and beyond. The exhibit features images and artifacts from Wells Fargo Corporate Archives, the Oregon Historical Society, and the Kam Wah Chung State Heritage Site.

Anniversary reception

Monday, March 20 from 11 am – 1 pm

On March 18, 1852, Henry Wells and William Fargo created Wells, Fargo, and Company. Bring family, friends, and customers to celebrate our anniversary. Enjoy refreshments and discover Wells Fargo’s history.


Stagecoach Day

Friday, April 7 from 11 am – 1 pm
In 1867, people began seeing the Wells Fargo name on the stagecoaches across the west. Come to this event and learn why. We will have refreshments and activities for all ages.

Meet Future Guide Dogs

Friday, April 14th from 12:30-1:30pm
From the earliest days of Wells Fargo’s business, dogs helped Wells Fargo protect customers’ business. Learn about our history and the work done by guide dogs today, watch a training demonstration from the Guide Dogs for the Blind, and have your photo taken with a puppy before it begins training.

Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day

Thursday, April 27 from 10 am – 1 pm

A visit to the museum allows you and your child to explore careers in museums and learn Wells Fargo’s history through fun and educational activities.


Asian American Heritage Month

Wednesday, May 3 from 11 am – 1 pm

Celebrate Asian American Heritage Month with refreshments and free tours of our exhibit Wells Fargo and the Asian Pacific Community: a valued relationship.
