About

The Wells Fargo Corporate Archives—an extensive collection of company records of enduring historical value—is the Company’s core corporate memory. The collection documents the origins, development, operations, and impact of Wells Fargo and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, and merger partners from 1852 to the present.

From historical images, objects, and information to modern-day collateral samples, archive materials are regularly utilized for museum exhibitions, litigation support, and public relations. Corporate historians also research the evolution of company products and services, long-standing customer and community relationships, the career paths of corporate leaders, and Wells Fargo's long-standing history of serving diverse communities.
